Services We Offer

People come to counseling for a variety of reasons ranging from struggles with major life events to difficulties managing depression or anxiety to a simple desire to increase self growth.  Counseling can be short term, such as 3-4 sessions, or longer term such as 6 months to a year or more depending on the client's needs.  We offer mental health and substance use services to help you address your area of concern and start the journey toward wellness.  Participation can be in either 30 minute or 50 minute sessions.

All sessions are provided via Teletherapy.  Meet with your clinician using your computer, smartphone or tablet.  Sessions can be via video or phone.

Individual Mental Health Counseling

Individual counseling is the process of working 1:1 with a trained clinician. During sessions you will be able to explore your feelings and beliefs as well as any concerns that may be interfering with your daily functioning. Our clinician will help you process through difficult emotions and situations and learn strategies to better cope with life's obstacles.

Individual Substance Use Counseling

We can provide individual outpatient substance use counseling for both adolescents and adults. If a need for more intense substance use treatment is identified, our clinician can make appropriate referrals for another provider.

Comprehensive Clinical Assessments

A Comprehensive Clinical Assessment is an intensive clinical evaluation of a client’s mental health, developmental disability, or substance abuse condition that results in the issuance of a diagnostic/assessment report with a recommendation for treatment, if appropriate.

Counseling for Co-Occurring Disorders

Co-Occurring disorders occur when an individual experiences both a mental health and substance use diagnosis. We are able to work with individuals with multiple diagnosis simultaneously if they are appropriate for this level of care.

Clinical Supervision

Clinical supervision can be provided to applicants for licensure as clinical addictions specialists (LCAS) as well as Certified Substance Abuse Counselors (CSACs).  Refer to Clinical Supervision page for details.
